Cancellation Policy – Bella Rosa Beauty LLC At Bella Rosa Beauty LLC, we value our clients’ time and strive to provide the highest level of professional service. To ensure a smooth and respectful scheduling process for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations & No-Shows Clients are kindly asked to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost. No-call, no-show appointments will be treated as late cancellations and are subject to the same cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment at any time prior to the scheduled service without incurring any fees. We understand that life happens, and we are happy to accommodate rescheduling whenever possible. Agreement By booking an appointment with Bella Rosa Beauty LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy. The purpose of this policy is to protect the time and efforts of our professionals and to ensure appointment availability for all clients.
